End User Licence Agreement
The licence covering your use of the AnvyoAI software and platform.
This document is a website draft prepared for Social House Learning. It is not legal advice. SHL should have the final text reviewed and approved by qualified legal counsel, and every placeholder completed, before this page is published to a live production site.
Licence grant
Subject to your compliance with this agreement and the Terms and Conditions, Social House Learning grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the AnvyoAI platform for your own educational and career guidance purposes.
Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, translate or create derivative works of the platform or its content
- Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the software, except where that right cannot be excluded by law
- Rent, lease, sell, sublicense or otherwise commercialise access to the platform
- Remove or obscure proprietary notices
- Use automated means to extract content or data at scale
- Use the platform to build or train a competing product or model
Eligibility and accounts
Access requires an account. Accounts are personal and must not be shared. If you are a minor, a parent, guardian or school must be involved as described on the Data Protection page.
Updates and changes
We may update, modify or discontinue features. Updates are provided under this agreement unless they are accompanied by separate terms. We aim to give notice of significant changes.
Ownership
The platform, including its software, design, structure, text and brand, is licensed rather than sold. SHL and its licensors retain all rights not expressly granted here.
Your content
You retain ownership of the information you submit. You grant SHL the licence described in the Terms and Conditions to store, process and display that content in order to provide the service to you.
Feedback
If you send suggestions or feedback, SHL may use them to improve the product without obligation or compensation. Please do not send confidential information as feedback.
Termination
This licence ends if you stop using the platform, if your account is closed, or if you breach this agreement. On termination you must stop using the platform. Sections on ownership, disclaimers and liability survive termination.
Disclaimers and liability
The platform is provided on an as available basis. The disclaimers in the Disclaimer page and the limitation of liability in the Terms and Conditions apply to this agreement and are incorporated here.
