Agreement to these terms

These terms govern your use of the AnvyoAI website and platform, operated by Social House Learning. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Where a school or institution provides AnvyoAI to you, a separate agreement between SHL and that institution may also apply.

Who may use AnvyoAI

AnvyoAI is intended for students in Grades 9 to 12, their parents and guardians, and schools and educational institutions.

If you are below the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the service only with the involvement of a parent, guardian or school as described on the Data Protection page. A parent or guardian who allows a minor to use the service accepts these terms on that minor's behalf.

Accounts

• Provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it current
• Keep your login credentials private and do not share your account
• Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else
• You are responsible for activity that takes place through your account

What AnvyoAI provides

AnvyoAI provides guidance and exploration tools, including discovery activities, career field information, academic pathway comparisons, exam and college information, personalised roadmaps and an AI mentor.

Features may change, be added or be withdrawn as the product develops. We aim to give notice of significant changes but do not promise that a specific feature will remain available.

Nature of guidance and absence of guarantees

This section is important. Read it carefully.

• AnvyoAI provides guidance, information and suggestions. It does not provide professional counselling, medical advice, psychological assessment, legal advice or financial advice.
• Recommendations are possibilities to explore, not instructions to follow.
• AnvyoAI does not guarantee admission to any institution, any examination result, any employment, any salary level, any academic outcome or any career outcome.
• Academic information such as eligibility rules, examination dates, fees and admission requirements changes regularly. Always verify these against the official source before acting.
• Decisions about education and career should involve appropriate human judgement, including teachers, counsellors, parents or guardians and qualified professionals.

Acceptable use

When using AnvyoAI, do not:

• Break any applicable law, or use the service to harm another person
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, age or affiliation
• Attempt to access accounts, systems or data you are not authorised to access
• Probe, scan, overload or interfere with the service or its infrastructure
• Scrape, copy or resell platform content or data without written permission
• Use the AI mentor to seek medical, psychological, legal or emergency assistance
• Upload content that is unlawful, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit or otherwise harmful

If you are in immediate danger or in crisis, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional. AnvyoAI is not an emergency service.

Content you provide

You keep ownership of the information and content you submit. You grant SHL a licence to store, process and display that content for the purpose of operating the service and providing guidance to you.

You confirm that you have the right to submit the content you provide, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

Our intellectual property

The AnvyoAI name, brand, interface, design, text, structure and software are owned by SHL or its licensors. You may use them only as part of using the service. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from them without written permission.

Use of the platform is also subject to the End User Licence Agreement.

Third party services and links

The platform may link to external websites such as examination authorities, institutions or reference sources. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices. Review their own terms and policies before relying on them.

Fees and payment

Pricing information will be announced by AnvyoAI. Where paid plans are introduced, the applicable fees, billing cycle, taxes, renewal terms and refund conditions will be presented before you are charged, and this section will be updated.

Nothing on this website constitutes a committed price, plan or offer.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using AnvyoAI and request deletion of your account at any time using the route described in the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached, where required by law, or where continued access would risk harm to other users or to the service. Where practical we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an as available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SHL disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or complete. The Disclaimer page sets this out in full.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SHL will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of opportunity, loss of admission, loss of income or loss of data, arising from use of the service.

SHL's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to [TO BE COMPLETED BY SHL].

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify SHL against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the service, or your violation of another person's rights.
